Lewes RFC are establishing a monthly business breakfast meeting to be held at the club house (Stanley Turner Ground) on the third Friday of every month. This will be made available to everyone, with sponsors, members and players having priority.

For our inaugural meeting to be held on Friday 17 November 2017, we are pleased to announce the next Lord Mayor of London (2018-19), Alderman Peter Estlin (pictured), will be our guest speaker.

Peter's own background has taken him from London, where he was the youngest partner in PWC (aged 29) to Hong Kong and the US. Returning to London in 2008.

Peter will share some of his own experiences with us on 17 November, expand on his heartfelt belief in education and development within the digital age for all our young people and offer some words of wisdom to anyone seeking the opportunity to develop their business in these turbulent times.He will also take questions from the floor, but the event will end promptly at 08.30.

Tickets, which include breakfast, are priced at £15. We have an event sponsor, David Haskoll Ltd, Insurance Brokers throughout Sussex and beyond – and their sponsorship has enabled us to keep the cost down to a minimum. There are only 80 tickets available and they are sold on a first come, first served basis. We are expecting this event to be a sell-out.
