Lewes Rugby Club will play host to an evening of fun and horsing around all in the name of raising money for charity. Take part as a jockey and win a place in the grand national final, bet on your friends to earn winnings for beer money and win super prizes in the raffle!

Tickets are £5. There may be a few places available on the door but please purchase tickets in advance if possible. if you pay an extra £2 you can take part as a jockey (you absolutely should!). This is limited to 36 people so the first 36 people to send their name, horse’s name and money will get a place. Contact is Josie Nelder.

Everyone will be able to bet on each race, including self-confident jockeys, with the opportunity to win a share of the total money gambled should you bet on a winning horse. A percentage of the money from bets will be given to charity - the rest is up for grabs if you bet correctly! There will be 6 heats, each winning jockey will win a prize and a place in the grand national final where they can win an even bigger prize and bragging rights!

There will also be a raffle for even more excitement and some excellent prizes up for grabs.
