In their cup game at Barnes, Lewes Ladies won 5-17 with tries by Lauren Arthur, Charlie Evans and Rosie Neal with one conversion by Josie Nelder, putting them through to the last 8 of the competition.

Meanwhile at home the Colts made hard work for themselves but came from behind to beat Bognor 7-3 with the try coming from a driving maul finished by second row Jamie Austen and converted by replacement fly-half Dan Billin.
