Parking
There is no parking available at the clubhouse except by prior arrangement for blue badge holders, those with other mobility issues or hidden disabilities. (Limited to 20 spaces) Please complete this form: https://forms.gle/h2Df7354U5cWGfxW6
Parking will be at Spring Barn Farm (limited numbers and weather dependent). Alternative parking is suggested in the Festival programme. There will be a small (optional) charge of £2 for parking.
Clubhouse: bar, hot food and other catering.
The clubhouse will be open all day with a well-stocked bar and serving food and other refreshments.
Please note that boots and excessively muddy kit is not allowed in the club house.
Additional festival catering will be provided on site in front of the clubhouse – this will include a BBQ, ice-cream van, “tuck shop”, cake stand and pop-up tea and coffee. The majority of suppliers take cards, but some may be cash only so come prepared!
Gum shields will be available for sale at the Welcome Desk
Welcome & Information Tent
Any visitors requiring any help or assistance at any point should make their way to the Welcome & Information Tent.
The Welcome & Information Tent is in front of the club house.
Programmes and pools will be circulated digitally in advance. We will not be selling printed programmes on the day.
Toilets
Toilets are located in the main entrance to the club house and additional toilet facilities will be provided in the clubhouse changing rooms.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome both on-site and in the clubhouse. Please clear up after your dog and use the bins provided.
Rubbish
All persons entering the site will be responsible for the disposal of all refuse and waste in the containers provided. Each team will be provided with a rubbish bag. Please use this and leave your bag in the skip located near to the clubhouse when you leave the site.
First Aid Support – GLS Medical Services
We will have first aid cover on site all day. First aiders will be on hand for all age-groups to cover any injuries to the players and liaise with the emergency services if required. All teams entered in the festival should have a qualified and equipped first-aider with them to attend to minor injuries.
Anyone requiring first aid assistance is requested to go to the Welcome & Information tent and a first aider will be summoned to assist
