Duty Managers: Saturdays and particularly busy Sundays need coordination. With visiting teams, changing room allocation, parking, liaison with visiting referees, organising junior teams' serving arrangements for after-match meals and so on the club would benefit from a rotation of Duty Managers who could help coaches and catering staff manage the day.

Facilities Manager: Aspects of the role include organising clubhouse bookings; organising annual clubhouse deep cleaning; liaising over special functions, dinners and the Minis Festival; liaising with Lewes District Council over groundskeeping, changing rooms and maintenance.

Catering and Bar Manager: aspects of the role include organising the South Street bar team for recurring bookings and one-off events; ordering stock from Greene King online; replenishing sundry items from Bookers; ordering gas; emptying the safe and tills; purchasing a float for the tills; organising and booking private parties; collating records and preparing accounts for bar and catering; organising catering staff and managing Sunday mornings; visiting Bookers once a week to purchase supplies: liaising with caterer for Saturday pre-match meals; organising staff for one-off events; supervising cleaning of kitchen, bar and clubhouse; supervising cleaning and hygiene record; and organising maintenance of catering equipment.

Communications team: we have a head of communications but would like to recruit a team of people to help her get out messages to all club members and the public through a variety of routes. The team will be helped by report writers, coaches and photographers.

Pitch booker: every week, the club has to book pitches for training and home matches with Burley's, the council's groundskeepers. The work involved includes liaising with the fixtures secretaries and sending off the booking form. Occasionally there is a bit of extra work in wet weeks but normally the job takes no more than an hour a week.
