Lewes hosted a confident Hampstead side on Sunday, losing 5-39. The home team showed some great individual moments, and passages of play that put into practice a lot of the work they had done in training. However, letting their heads drop in the middle meant they allowed some consecutive tries through and there was no coming back. The momentum was with Hampstead, a side that Lewes always enjoys coming up against.

The 1s are back in action away at Medway on Saturday 5th January (there's a big bus going with space for supporters!)
The 2s have a cup game at home against Beccehamians on Sunday 16th December (KO 2pm). Following the Christmas break, they take on Heathfield and Waldron at home on Sunday 6th January.
