1. To pay for Membership go to the club website, select “MEMBERSHIPS” and click on “purchase.” The different membership options will appear on GMS, which will require a log-in.

There are three types of membership:

• Non-Playing Social Member
• Adult Playing Member
• Age Grade Playing Member

Payment by a parent for an age grade player entitles the whole family to the benefits of club membership.

2. All players should renew their registration at the start of each season. This is entirely different from paying for membership as it brings in the necessary safeguarding measures for every player,

Adult players can register themselves and parents can register their children by logging on to GMS. (https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Lewes)

When you log on there will be an option to renew registration on the opening page.

When you click on it, this form shown in the picture will appear:

This form needs filling in so that medical information, Emergency contact, educational information and required waivers such as photo permission, are all submitted.

Once the “Submit” button is pressed, registration is complete, and your child is available to play.
